At the request of the Lady Mayoress I will attempt to occaisionally write a few rambling lines about what goes on in and around the I Love West Leeds Festival. Who am I? My name is Jane Earnshaw and I am lucky enough to have sneaked onto the bridge and taken control of steering the festival ship.

Today I am staring at 82 boxes of festival brochures that need labelling up and loading into a van. I look over my computer and see more Y-fronts than is natural looking back at me and i am running approximately 17 different lists of jobs in my pad...

And I am smiling, lets be clear about this. I love my job
